Who we are
Ai360 (“we”, “us”) is a software development and marketing company based at H. Santos Building, 30 Arena Close, Bruma, Johannesburg, 2026, South Africa. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it. It is written to comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
- Enquiry details you give us through our forms, WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, company, email address, phone number and your message or answers.
- Business context you choose to share in our booking questionnaire, such as industry, team size, revenue band, software spend and the tools you use.
- Technical information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, through standard analytics and advertising tools.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare for a call with you.
- To provide, support and improve the services you ask us for.
- To send you information about our services where you have asked for it, or where we have a legitimate interest and you have not opted out.
- To understand how the site is used and to measure advertising.
Legal basis
We process personal information with your consent, to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract with you, or where we have a legitimate interest that does not override your rights.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email, CRM, analytics and advertising platforms), with professional advisers where needed, and where the law requires it. Providers may store data outside South Africa. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected to a standard similar to POPIA.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up. Client information is kept for the length of our relationship and as long as the law requires for tax and record-keeping purposes.
Security
We use reputable cloud providers, limit access to people who need it, and use encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you and the Information Regulator if a breach affects your information, as POPIA requires.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising, including tools from Google and Meta. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to direct marketing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
