In most cases, yes. Invoices can go straight into Xero, Sage, QuickBooks and similar tools, so nobody types them twice.

What if my techs aren’t good with phones?

If they can use WhatsApp, they can use this. We keep the screens simple and train the team as part of the build.

Can the AI receptionist handle emergencies?
