Will it sound like a bot?
No. It replies with the answers you wrote, in your tone, and you see every reply in your daily report.
What if it doesn’t know the answer?
It never guesses. The question comes to you, you answer it once, and from the next day the agent uses your answer.
Can I see replies before they go out?
Every reply is built from an answer you approved in your question bank, so nothing goes out that you haven’t signed off. You also see every reply in your daily report.
What about Instagram?
It covers the comments on your Instagram ads as well as your Facebook ads.
Do I need to change my ads?
No. It works on the ads you already run. We connect to your Facebook Page and Instagram account with your permission, and your ads keep running as they are.
What happens to rude or abusive comments?
Abuse and spam get hidden, so only the person who wrote them and their friends can still see them. Complaints get a calm, factual reply from your answers, and anything serious comes to you.
